Protecting your leader and your troops from attack are the most important and hardest tasks in Lords Mobile. It will be very easy at firsts, but as you get bigger it will get more power and increasingly harder to protect. This guide covers some basic tips to lords mobile shelter and/or protect your troops, leader, and resource from player attacks. This guide also covers some problems like what happens when your leader is held, captured and executed.
Lords Mobile Shelter
The lords mobile shelter is the building where you place your troops and heroes leader so lords mobile shelter allows you to protect your hero leader and troops from attacks on your turf. They are completely protected from enemy attacks. You can use the lords mobile shelter for 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours. Once the timer expires your troops and leader will be venerable to attacks on your turf again. Whilst the lords mobile shelter offers protection, it also prevents your troops from defending your turf against attacks.
When you are offline lords mobile shelter is a great way to protect your hero leader and troops from being captured/killed. If you shelter for 12 hours and remember to log back in before the timer runs out. You can refresh the timer at any time by removing your troops and sending them back again. This can provide permanent protection for your leader and troops up to your March size.
The vault works as same as the lords mobile shelter, but it protects some of your resources from being stolen during an attack. A good vault ensures that a part of your resources will stay untouched by the enemy.
The first disadvantage of the Lords Mobile shelter, of course, will be time. You should always keep updating the shelter.
The lords mobile shelter size will be the other massive disadvantage. You only have to shelter a limited troop inside your lords mobile shelter. The rest of your troops will be sitting ducks inside your castle. You will refresh your lords mobile shelter and online back in every 12 hours. If you do not restart and live your shelter, you may lose your hero and your troops.
Upgrading Your Shelter
There are several techniques that you can use to fit more troops in the lords mobile shelter:
- Army Boost
- The Harpy Familiar
- Bring your Hero to Level 8
- Research Shelter Expansion
I’m sure with time Lords Mobile will keep on creating more ways to expand the shelter. It’s a feature that everyone wants to see.
Shield Your Castle
Shielding is the bread-and-butter of the beginner, intermediate and even expert player. The easiest way to stop enemy attacks is putting up a shield. The shield covers your castle somehow stops massive armies or enemies from invading with a shiny transparent covering. lords mobile shelter. When the shield is active Any enemy like Armies and scouts will not be able to attack.
The important point to remember is that if you attack anyone while the shield is active so the shield power is lower. If it is deactivated you should get an alert before deactivating, but it still important to remember.
There are many Shield Options:
- 4-hour shield
- 8-hour shield
- 24-hour shield
- 3-day shield
- 7-day shield
- 14-day shield
The good news is that it’s easy to get the 4 hr and 8 hr shields. The chests, monster hunts, treasures, and quest rewards are full of them.
The 24-hour shields are a little more infrequent. You will need to go for the Level 3 monsters. The 3-day, 7-day, and 14-day shields will need to be purchased with gems. lords mobile shelter. A 3-day shield costs 3,500, the 7-day shield costs 10,000 gems, and the 14-day shield costs 25,000 gems.
Fake Rally Attack
Once you have filled your lords mobile shelter, the next option to protect additional troops is a “fake rally” or “ghost rally”. The rally allows other players of your guild to join the fight also used to attack another player after a set period of time, or in the future. 8 hours is the longest period in advance you can set the rally.
It works by targeting another player > selecting rally > adding your troops > then exactly 8 hours later your army will march for the enemy’s turf.
So what happens to your troops whilst they wait for the 8-hour timer to count down? Well, they are completely protected just like the troops in your shelter.
All you need to do is log back into your account within 8 hours, cancel the rally and then immediately set a new rally on the same target. Your troops will never leave your turf, be completely protected whilst you are offline and be ready should you need them! Just like the lords mobile shelter, this allows you to protect 200,000 troops or 300,000 with an army boost.
Using the fake rally and your lords mobile shelter will protect 400,000 troops, plus your leader without boosts. If you use an army size boost this increases to 600,000 troops, but this works out more expensive than using shields.
